PC Help: MoBo Ethernet Light Blinks, No Power To PC?

I'm installed a motherboard with an AMD64 4000+ (single core) processor. When trying to get the PC to power up, the 2 small green lights on the intergrated Ethernet connector blinks once but I have no power to the PC. There are no beeps to tell me what warning I should be looking for.

While a bad power supply is possible, I would first consider checking all your connections, resetting the bios (especially if you purchased an open box item or shopped at Fry's Electronics), and finally reseating the CPU, memory, and any graphics or add in cards your may have. Also verify that the memory you purchased is of the correct type. The last piece in good troubleshooting would be to have only CPU, minimal memory, and video card. (Remove all other hardware). If this does not work at this point, you can try another PSU, but likely the MLB or CPU are bad.
